Petrochemical / Oleo Chemicals Plant

SCOPE OF WORKS:
  • Rigging studies with Autocad drawings.
  • Supply of : One (1) unit 300 tonnes Ringer Crane (Manitowoc 4100 S1 Ringer S3)
  • Supply of : One (1) unit 160 tonnes Truck Crane (Kato NK1600)
  • Supply of manpower, rigging supervisor and riggers to assist and supervise of the lifting operations.
  • Supply of necessary lifting appliances such as spreader bar, slings and shackles.
Extension of the plant for Palm (Oleo) Klang required to lift and erect 12 nos. heavy equipment and steel structure. The heaviest unit, column weighing 77.6mt (3000mm ID x 34500mm long) was using our 300 tonnes Ringer crane to lift and erect onto steel structure assist with one (1) unit 160 tonnes Truck Crane for tailing and upright the column into vertical position.
Trans Elite Group Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia (formerly known as Trans Elite Engineering and Trading Sdn Bhd) on 11 November 1988 with principal activities being repairs, trading and rental of cranes for Heavy Lifting, Machinery Installation and Erection of Container Cranes.
